Smart Space With Integrated Content And Form

Smart Space is a working space with computer, communication equipment and sensor. As an important field of human interaction, Smart SpaceSmart Space has attracted so many people, with the development of computer technology and human interaction.Until now, there have been many studies about Smart Space in all over the world, which have challenged the traditional human interaction and tried to restore the human natural interaction. These studies have brought forward some new way in human interaction and pushed the development of Smart Space. However, the realization of these studies depend on the invention of new technology, which prevent these studies popularize in a short time.The main work of this article:1) To study the histroy and reality of human interaction and Smart Space. To summarize the limit of Smart Space at the present time.2) To study the relationship between Ubiquitous Computing and the Smart Space.To make sure Smart Space is one field of Ubiquitous Computing.3) To study psychology issues in the design of Smart Space. Before design the new Smart Space, we must study the psychology to know the human nature,according to the interaction content. Then we can make sure the final interaction way.So we should make sure the final interaction way will match the human nature.4) To realize the ergonomics in the design of Smart Space.Ergonomics exists in the whole design of Smart Space. All setup including sound, light, color and other issues in the interaction space need consideration of user ,. 5) A new tour guide system is an example of new Smart Space, which use Scenario Based Design to explain the Smart Space design process and its software and hardware. This article discusses the difference between new guide system and traditional system. First,it takes printing map as its interface, which change the normal display method. Second, it provides three interaction methods to change traditional mouse type, including model,lightpen and path.Last,by re-edit media content, it ignores relatively isolated contents.In a word,through studying the principle,characteristic,method and development, this article proves the new Smart Space can change the traditional interaction, using present technology, to realise the human nature interaction and improve the convenience, efficiency and interests.
