Ubiquitous computing is seen as an important developing direction of computingmode. Under the circumstance of ubiquitous computing, the exploiting of resourceand flexibility of computing is gradually increasing. However, the efficiency and thenaturalness of human computing interaction system is one of key factors hinder theadvancement of ubiquitous computing. In ubiquitous computing, computing devicesare required to be possess the ability of context-awareness, self-adaptation andcontinuity of service. Traditional embedded software architecture is difficult to adaptto the dynamic changes in the pervasive environment. Therefore, this thesis builtdynamic software architecture with self-organizing method in order to achieve thedynamic evolution of the software and automatic reconfiguration. This thesis focusedits research on software architecture, resource management and graphical interactionetc. Concretely, the main researches are as follows:(1)In terms of software architecture,a novel software infrastructure with thefeatures of self-organizing and cross of embedded system is proposed. The proposedsoftware architecture is aiming at improving self-adaptive ability, automaticoptimizing ability and ensuring users’ interactive experience. Through takingadvantage of methods of self-organization and cross design, the conventionalembedded software framework is modified and improved. The framework enhancedreal-time feature and flexibility of systems.(2)In terms of wireless network management, a self-organizing wirelessnetwork scheduling mechanism is proposed. In order to adapt to the dynamic natureof pervasive computing environment and the requirement of power consumption, thedynamic changes of wireless environment and the instability of network quality wereconsidered. An optimized dynamic power management based on predictive policy isimplemented too, which improved the power efficiency in the use of embeddeddevices.(3)In terms of resource scheduling, an interaction oriented resource scheduling mechanism is proposed. In order to provide an user experience security mechanism inmultitask environment, resource awareness and task scheduling of embedded systemare studied. An interaction oriented resource scheduling algorithm is proposed,Finally, the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified and the performance ismeasured.(4)In terms of cloud data service, an mode of ubiquitous cloud data service isproposed to solve the problem caused by diversity of terminal devices, whose aim isproviding ubiquitous data service. It can solve universality of user interface andseamless connection of services. For displaying arbitrary webpage, the layoutadaptation technique which can decrease complexity of interaction activity isproposed, and it can solve the small screen limitation of layout displaying. Forcommon document formats, we proposed the multi-format parsing framework tosolve the problem of reading large page with small screen. This framework realisedfunctions of layout re-composition, fixed layout scaling, page sliding etc.At last, this thesis implemented Readings ubiquitous readings system to verifiesthe proposed software architecture and related mechanisms can be used in the actualinteractive embedded system. It verifed the validity of the contents of this thesis inengineering practice.
