| Passageways design is the key design of the whole project in the large pump station, the results of which will directly affect its considerable economic efficiency and the social efficiency. At present, researches on the passageways of pump station are mostly focus on the model trail, and theoretical researches are mainly in the interior three-dimensional flow theory and computational method. Researches on the CAD method and technology in the design of the passageways of pump station are relatively very few at present, and researches on the simulation of flow fields, the method and realization of visualization based on CFD of passageways are just started. With the development of pump station and CAD technology, people set a higher request to the CAD system of the passageways.Based on the development platform of AutoCAD, with the supporting of Object ARX, this paper researches the CAD method and technology in the design of the passageways of pump station, by adopting the object-oriented programming tool of Visual C++6.0.This paper emphatically applies the advanced CAD method and technology into the design of passageways of pump station. Two main contents are included:(1)Using the advanced CAD method and technology, improve and expand the original passageways CAD function, and discuss the CAD method and the realization technology which relate to.(2)Further explore the visualization of 3D computational flow fields and the simulated method and technology based on passageways CFD of pump station.The main creations of this paper:(1)Introduce the advanced CAD method and technology into the design of the passageways of pump station, making the design have the scientificalness, the sophistication and high efficiency, and so on.(2)Make some useful explorations to the passageways CAD design method, e.g the method of parametric design based on ARX entity objects driving and the method of passageways design from three-dimension to two-dimension and so on.(3)Study the three-dimensional modeling deeply during the design of passageways.(4)Make some explorations to the mathematical model during the design of passageways, e.g the analysis and application of the mathematical model in the elbow passageways curving section, the change rules of transition fillet, and so on.(5)Continue to explore the visualization and simulation method and the realization technology based on 3D computational flow fields in passageways CFD. |
