The Research And Realization Of Network NC Service System

With the rapid development of the computer network communication and information technology, the network tendency of the NC system is more and more obvious because of the proposing of the network manufacture. The article analyzes and compares domestic-overseas present status of the correlation technique under the subsidization of the key project of the national natural sciences fund, based on COM module programming,computer network communication,database etc, designs and realizes a concrete solution about NC services system based on the network by using Microsoft Visual Stdio.NET 2003 and Microsoft SQL Server 2000.In the thesis it first analyses the development direction of the network NC service system, the domestic-overseas development present situation of the related technical, through to the discussion on the network realization pattern of different NC system, it proposes one kind NC network service system frame which taking the Ethernet as the correspondence standard based on the embed DSP NC machine. Through analysis the demands of the NC system network service function, simultaneously, it utilizes the COM module programming thought, specifically designs and realizes respective function module from the customer, the server and the server database.The system uses Microsoft Visual Stdio.NET 2003 to take the development kit, and takes Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as the backstage database to complete the design work of service system by adopting the C/S pattern from the customer, the server and the backstage database three aspects. The system realizes the network long-distance operation control function and the tracking and displaying operation states of the NC machines, it also can management users and examine the log through long-distance network. At same time, it supports many NC machines and many customers operation, and guarantees the uniqueness and security of the NC machines 'operation.The Service System has friendly man-machine interface, operates simple. Through the practical debug on the embed DSP NC machine, the system can effective realize the control of many NC machines, tracking and displaying states and other network service, simultaneously also can support the concurrent operation of many customers end and also guarantee the operation security. The system has strong expansibility, fine compatibility, which lays a very good foundation for later digital manufacture network further development. It has extensive application prospect and high practical value.
