In Modern Society Communication is the lifeline of all people's activity,The Power Supply is the most essential thing to ensure the communication. But in practice,most communication equipments and corresponding power provided equipments were placde seprate around in all branch Device station. In most situation there is no need or unable to arrange engineer to take care of all kinds of equipments. but the superior branch must predominate the status of euipments at any moment,so it has must be taken sth to scout the equipments.My thesis is about Remote surveillance system of power supply equipment of communication in telecom of Zhengzhou city. in this system I use pstn network to collection device's running Data from all branch station to the main station and simunicate a procedure of intelligance power device.i use that method to simunicate all kinds of device's parameter to debugging the main procedure's functions convenience and agility. throughThis system it can improved the safety of power supply to the communication device and the working efficiency. by this system,the maintancence people can stay at main surveillance station and find any faulty of all branch station in realtime and can dispatch maintance engineer to the faulty situation to fix the problem in time to avoid the important losing. So the superior branch can reduce the numbers of maintance engineer. it can save the precious man power and time.In the thesis I particularly tell the knowledge about the longdistance surveillance system. including the princeple of compose the system , the content of the svrveillance,the structure of the system and the device's function. Discuss the system network compose. by the idiographic examples I particularly tell how to design the all system and give all surveillance contents. The system's running susscess sign the procedure of the transformation from the manpower menthod to the automation menthod and it can improved the system's efficiency greatly. it carry out the scientific management and enhance the security of the communication system.
