The wireless sensor network is a new research area of information and control science and technology, compared with traditional monitor system, it has the advantages of less cost, convenient installment, and a relatively low expense for maintenance and upgrade, which entrust it with an extremely broad application prospect, and attracts the focus of academic and industrial world, it will be a popular research field in the industrial and academic world.The task of this thesis is to design a kind of wireless sensor monitoring network, accomplish the function of gathering single cell battery voltage and temperature of the battery formation process. This wireless sensor network is a network with the inlays MCS51 radio frequency SOC (on piece system) nRF9E5 as its core chip, a network consists of mini embedded sensor unit, which has a function of gathering the voltage and temperature. The monitoring unit is an embedded controller taking ARM7 (PHILIPS LPC2292) as its core chip, and transplants the real-time operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱ, this controller can complete man-machine interaction, the GSM far biography, communicating and sending information to the variable current control unit with the On Position Machine.The thesis mainly composed of six parts:The first two chapters briefly introduced the present situation of wireless sensor network development and the prospect of short distance wireless communication technology, and described in detail of the thought of the network design, as well as the overall construction of the system according to the demand of the system plan.The third chapter elaborated the system design, using nRF9E5 to accomplish the hardware system design of the wireless sensor module, determined its communication agreement and has completed the correlation software design.Then with fourth, fifth chapters, the thesis described in detail some software and hardware platform design work which related with the network control unit. The hardware platform has introduced the function, structure, and prime task principle according to various modules, while the software platform has elaborated the operating system transplantation, the design of the program to drive the equipment, and the multi-duty application procedure under operating system, it has analyzed the design flow of code in various parts, and has given a flow chart and some source code of the essential program. It also described in detail how to compile STN, the keyboard, GSM and the CAN programming underμC/OS-Ⅱoperating system.Finally, the last chapter summarized the result which the topic design obtained, as well as analyzed some insufficiency in the design, with some attainment and experience included.
