Itreceives data with serial port and promulgates them with Internet.For achieve these functions, after analysis the development of ARM, chooseEP9302(ARM920T)which from Cirrus logic company as the core of this system.Choose 16M FLASH and 32M SDRAM as the main peripheral circuit. Some generalinterface such as Ethernet, USB, and RS232 are expanded. Designed the PCB withProtel DXP. Then transplanted embedded operation system Linux whose originalcode is free. Also transplanted embedded web server BOA and embedded databaseSQLite. Wrote the program of serial port and CGI. The system makes full use of thehigh performance, low power loss and low cost of ARM and the advantage of Linux.In the period of designing has solved the hardware design, the software transplantand the compilation, enhances the system performance and so on a series of crucialquestions.This dissertation have discussed how to achieve every function in detail: Thehardware platform,embedded database,embedded web server etc. The conclusionis summarized in the end and the prospect of this embedded system is given.
