Nowadays the oil pumps with sucker-rod are still the main facilities for oil recovering in our county. Oil pumps with sucker-rod, beam pumping unit, oil-wel pump consume a lot of energy. At the end of oil-pumping(named terminal oil well) the stroke's efficiency is very low for the decrease of production, the low fluid level and the instability fluid level. It leads to the increase of electricity cost and waste a lot of energy. Owing to oil pumps excess energy, the null pump becomes more and more serious. So, it is necessary that we could develop a new intelligence energy saving device to change the stroke's state in long term low efficiency. It should let the stroke match the load to assurance pumped oil during every pumping, reduce null pumping and null work. It will reduce the cost of electricity and the loss of machine, decrease the cost of maintenance and increase the life of oil pumps.The premise of intelligence pumping is the volume of pumps' production and the liquid level of oil well. It is difficulty to measure the liquid level of oil well. Recenetly, there are not any ways to measure oil liquid level. But metering pumps' production can tell the liquid level of oil well. The measurement device of weigh oil can measure oil production with the way of weigh oil. It can measure on-line. The power transducer can measure the consumption of electricity enery. The paper use the way of fuzzy control to let the oil pumps'number of stroke in a proper range. Due to the mass application of the converter, the paper use the methord of control the converter to set the oil pumps'number of stroke.The system of this paper research make up of various interface and the single-chip microcomputer C8051F015. It take a lot time in the lectotype transducer, design fuzzy controller and man-machine interaction.
