The Gas Stations Management Information System is designed for the gas enterprises in China. It is leaded by the gas stations customer relations management and marketing management.On the basis of information management process of PetroChina S branch, The dissertation analyzes the actuality of gas stations in PetroChina S branch and the objectives of information management, and discusses the methods and strategies of customer management in Management Information System according to the theories of Management Information System and Customer Relationship Management based on the technologies of non-touched Integrated Circuit Card.Firstly, the dissertation depicts the objective of information management of PetroChina S branch, analyzes the development actuality of Management Information System in China. Then, the dissertation introduces the characteristics of newly Enterprise Information System, and introduces the characteristics of information management in petroleum retail corporations to more extent.The dissertation analyzes the business process in detail under the model of traditional management, and finds out some shortcomings to bring forward the Gas Station BPR thinking. In addition, the dissertation aims at the detailed methods and strategies of customer management in Management Information System, such as points management, discount management, credit management, and put forward corresponding feasible methods and strategies.
