With the development of 3D reconstruction and picture archiving and communication system, Researchers begin to think about the Combination of the two technologies. How to do well in using the 2D image to 3D reconstruction is becoming the hot research topic among those medical workers, medical equipment manufacturers at abroad and home.The thesis makes a study of using the 3D reconstruction technology in designing the picture archiving and communication system. On the basis of deep 3D reconstruction study, we make a software of 3D reconstruction of anterior segment on the Visual C++ platform with the object-oriented method. Then combining the technique of database we display the image in 3D and save the information effectively and make good use of it. Particularly we discuss the picture archiving and communication system after the realization of reconstruction of 3D anterior segment and transform the achievements in 3D research into anterior segment 3D PACS, instead of the traditional anterior segment 2D image Analysis system.After the practical testing, the research work of the thesis is proved to be helpful to improve the doctors' diagnose on taking full advantage of the true 3D environment. It can help the studying and exchanging of doctors. What's more, the PACS system on the technique of the research can be used to reconstruct not only the 3D anterior segment, but also any other part of the body extensively.
