This paper put forward a suit of QoS system,in combination closely with the practical configuration,operation,Qos actuality of chian unicom xinji network.this system is based on the deeply research and analyse with xinji network,as well as the production of mainstream research organise.a sereis of simulation is presented using OPNET simulation software,analyzing a couple of factor influencing Qos and some academic advise is put forward.The first part of the papaer set up a QoS system suitable for xinji network, in reference with the standard of ITU-T IETF Civil industry criretions unicom.This system defines QoS index in four layer include operation layer,control layer ,IP layer, transport layer,which is based in the layer of NGN.Dendriform description is adopted to define QoS index in every layer. Firstly the general QoS parameter and index is defined,then the QoS parameter and index of different objects is defined according to different application, network,technology.After the definition,the author discusses the mapping between QoS parameter and index in different layer.Then,in the second part,using opnet tool,some experiment platform is build with theoretics model to analyse some factor which influence end to end Qos,such as netwok topology,technology configuration,communicaition protocal,security and so on. Concretely speaking,include router capability,VLAN, router protocol,ATM and SDH, queuing model. RSVP and security.The third part analyse the performance of xinji network,with the platform in view of practical architecture,deploy,equipment type and Qos implementation mechanism. It includes VLAN+MPLS QoS mechanism;MPLS Traffic Engineering;MPLS+DiffServ model.The thesis is based on a pracical project supported by china unicom,the name of wich is the Research on NGN Qos System for integration service,and the author participate in the procedure of scheme discussion,general design and detail design, and use opnet to achieve some important simulation tasks,including building platform and analyzing simulation result.
