With the computer technology development and the wide band network further popularization, the P2P technology was regarded as the one of Internet future new technical. Each kind of P2P type application emerges one after another incessantly, but the current some P2P application has brought some troubles for the telecommunication department. Mainly displays in two aspects: One is a P2P kind of application swallows the band width, two is a P2P kind of application supervises and manages with difficulty. The Cache technology application is extremely common in the Internet, this thesis unifies the Cache technology and the P2P technology, has designed one kind of interior P2P capacity buffer system in telecommunication department called P2PCache, in did not affect the customer P2P application experience, optimized the existing network, reduced the rate of discharge, the main work manifested in followings:Firstly, counted a new, suitable for each kind of network environment P2P capacity buffer system P2PCache, it redirect P2P application request to innet tracker server, thus achieved the goal that the innet user interconnection, saved the exportation band width . This system has well reuse, after changing the redirect way can be possible apply to other P2P application.Secondly, in the foundation of analysis user downloading behavior, solved the system load banlance problem well in the P2PCache system, provides the difference service for the different user, and produce one kind of part redirect algorithm to realize.Thirdly, in view of the tradition protocol analysis technology is unable to the P2P current to carry on the accurate eestimate, has produced the new protocol analysis method of application level and produce the realization process. Finally, through the actual movement confirm the current buffer system which proposed in this thesis.
