Knowledge economy era is the one that the new high-tech industry takes as the leading factor. Human knowledge's creation and accumulation are developing in a speed that has not had in the past. The competition of the comprehensive national strength reflects in innovative talents' competition finally. The information literacy education is a educational focal point of the reform at present and the final goal that information literacy education is to train innovative talents and among them, information literacy is an important aspect of university's innovative talent's whole quality. Development of the information technology and wide application in the educational field, are promoting the process of the education informatization, making information literacy become one of students' basic literacys.Information literacy education has become the focus of the library circle too. In recent years, several kinds of new information literacy educational patterns, lump-sum course lecture lessons, computer assistance lectures, combination library education, going on the information literacy education by cooperating with teachers, are approved gradually, because the educational content is deepened, with strong points, and is well received by student in practice. During the Students'studying course, teacher utilizes the searching library knowledge and skill contents as regarding this course teaching indispensable a part of the goal as in discipline course, and the library person in teacher's close cooperation designs the research tasks related to library with teaching and persons who study task and achievement going on check and rating , reaching, improving student information as a kind of teaching mode of goal of accomplishment in student.However, there have been no test and assessing methods in unison yet now. Because there is no standard of information literacy, Library persons and teachers can't confirm the teaching effect and r the degree that students master their courses content and then we can't adopt the really suitable way for teaching.Therefore, it is very important that assessing to the teaching course effects is very important for schools. And a well-designed teaching course with overall and abundant content will make students produce more positive responses, and will change their study behaviors, and will make them get better achievements. The teaching structure is the effective way of training student's information literacy.On the basis of the above-mentioned current situations, this paper has put forward the teaching method that Saloman's four groups of designs and applied it to teaching reality, controlling the students'studying effect, and course of controlling students is tested and trained and influenced each other.
