The humanistic care in the television culture means that the television culture should be human-centered culture which concerns about the spiritual needs and the existent conditions of human, maintains the dignity and value of human and puts emphasis on cultivating people to foster a pioneering attitude to life, the solemn lofty sense of morality and social responsibility, the fresh personality consciousness and the collectivism style, the healthy exoteric cultural mindset and mental outlook. Along with the requirements of building a harmonious socialist society, the humanistic care for the significance of social harmony are more important. Therefore, if we want to make Chinese TV culture become the harmonious cultural which conduces to the development of the harmonious society, we should understand the existing deficiencies of the humanistic value in the television culture, and adopt necessary measures to take it to improve. The purpose of this study is to start from the in-depth analysis of the content of the humanistic care in the television culture, find out the source of the problem by rational analysis of the existing deficiencies of the humanistic care in the current television culture, and try to make some preliminary ideas for the journalism and communication scholars and the television practitioners to use for reference.The realization of the humanistic care in the TV culture is the extension of the "people-oriented" harmonious concept of the harmonious society. TV culture has a strong social function, but also carries a very important social responsibility. Installing the humanistic spirit can make television culture fulfill their social responsibilities better, while enhancing its affinity, then won the hearts of more viewers to enhance the economic efficiency of the television media. What harmonious society pursue is the person's overall development, but the people in the period of transition are widespread in the mental subhealth of spiritual emptiness and self-lost, and in need of the spirit guide and psychological counseling to help them to get out from errors.
