The satellite navigation system is able to provide full-time,high-precision navigation positioning and timing services for global users,while the completion of navigation positioning and timing services requires a receiver to achieve.Signal from a single satellite navigation system receiver can be interrupted easily by external interference and shielding.By comparison,the reliability,accuracy and real-time performance of satellite navigation positioning could be greatly improved by a multi-satellite navigation system receiver.This essay designs a hardware platform based on ARM and FPGA architecture,which can be applied to the multi-satellite navigation system receiver.The hardware platform is integrated with the radio frequency part,baseband signal processing part and navigation solution.By using this hardware,the satellite signal of GPS L1,BD B1 and B3 and GLONASS L1 frequency point can be received by the receiver.Therefore,the receiver not only receives the satellite signal from single satellite system to provide positioning service,but also use the satellite signal from multi satellite system to determine the location by combining methods.This paper focuses on the circuit design,production and testing of the hardware platform.The background and significance of satellite navigation system indicate the necessity of designing multi-satellite navigation system receivers,and the innovation direction have been proposed.Further research and development direction of navigation receiver are proposed,which is based on the current research status.According to the design and requirements of the receiver,the general scheme of the hardware platform of the multi-satellite navigation system receiver is created.The core of the hardware is made by four modules,which are Rf front end,baseband signal processing module,navigation solution module and power supply system.The design scheme of the core and the design of the peripheral interface circuit have been proposed.Based on the well-designed plan,the design of the GPMC interface between FPGA and ARM,the system reset and the power system design are carried out.The layout method of multi-layer circuit board,the wiring strategy of radio frequency,clock and high speed digital signal are studied.The completed hardware platform is processed,including the debug and test.After testing,all indexes of the hardware platform of the multi-satellite navigation system meet the design requirements and can work normally.
