Agenda-setting is one of important theories of the Mass Communication and theagenda-setting function is one of the social functions of the mass media. But under the newcommunicative condition of the rapid development of Internet, Agenda-setting theory haschanged. Internet can provide relatively free communicative space, and make any network usersbecome communicator and publish information according to their own interests and needs fordissemination. Internet communication makes the limit of communicator and audience unclear.Therefore, the agenda is no longer the patent of the mass media, anyone with communicativeability can do the agenda-setting. The personal agenda is "free Agenda-setting".The "Free Agenda-setting" in the Internet entertainment communication is very representative.Entertainment is an important functions of Internet, and the "free agenda setting" in the Internetentertainment communication has many characters: group communication, long-term agenda, therebellion to the reality, the overturn to tradition, and so on. Therefore, I choose entertainmentcommunication to be the object, studying the phenomenon of "free agenda setting" in theentertainment forums, by the way of case study, and analyze the process and effects, the use,limitation and significance, negative effects of "free agenda-setting", and how to standardize it.
