Along with the rapid development of science and technology and a much higher level of industrial automation technology, in recent years, an increasing range of CAN bus technology to control industrial areas in the past and replace decentralized control system. CAN bus control system applications in production process causes the enormous increase production efficiency.The paper introduces the study and exploitation of intelligent controller on Chinese traditional dropping pills machine based on CAN bus, considering Science and Technology Fund Projects --Study on network automation and the key cell's technique as the background, Chinese traditional medicine dropping pills'manufacture as the research object, and dropping pills'technics process as foundation. The system was built-up by CAN bus, and 32-bit microcontroller as control cell.First, paper introduced background of control system based on the fieldbus, an overview of the status of its technical developments and applications. Discussed necessity and significance of the development of intelligent controller on Chinese traditional dropping pills machine based on CAN bus. Secondly introduced the CAN bus communication interface design principles and methods. We analysised the CAN interface controller functions and the controller characteristics and then make presentations of characteristics of an embedded controller with ARM core. Based on system design, control characteristic and application circumstance was presented, and the collectivity design project was given.The design of control unit was mainly presented in the paper, including design of the CAN intelligent Node, hardware design of ARM microprocessor, customization of CAN bus protocol and Ethernet communication and so on. There were simulation board which was used to gather temperature and pressure signals, and digiboard which was used to gather DI/DO and impulse input signals in CAN intelligent nodes. Software and part source program. And then operating system was transplanted into upper-computer. The design of CAN bus communication module MCP2510 was presented. Finally the paper has conducted the research on the system stability and the control strategy.Bring the Fuzzy control to the classic PID control to constitute the Fuzzy-PID controller, enable the control system the quickly dynamic response and the smaller over modulation, make the system also has the high stable state precision.Experiments proved that the system control stability performance greatly improved.At the same time, increase the control system of statistical data collection functions to meet the user's needs. |
