With the development of the information technology, management information system (MIS) has played an important role in modern society. As long as any break appears in management information system, it takes a huge effect in whole society. There is an important, direct and realistic significance in research about management information system.Boxing MIS is a result of boxing electron information. The final user of boxing MIS is boxing department of General Administration of Sport. With the background of boxing MIS, this article discusses in detail the security problems of MIS under network environment, heterogeneous database transition and layering software structure.First of all, this paper introduces the background, actuality and significance of this theme. Then do research on the development method, system structure, module structure and develop environment. In addition analyze the safety questions of Web MIS and present a framework of boxing MIS. The framework includes two parts, one is database backup and recovery, and another is identity authentication and permission control. Furthermore the paper explains the design and development idea of these two parts in two individual chapters. Besides, the article also discusses how to fulfill the heterogeneous database transition. Finally, this essay presents layering software structure design thinking. The applications of popular framework (such as Struts and Hibernate) and design patterns are the prominent traits.The paper puts forward three important security measures. They are unique database backup and recovery, once password authentication based on MD5 and optimization role-based access control. It is hoped that these schemes can be used for reference by other management information system based on Web.
