With rapid development of computer technology, especially the micro-computer technology fast progress was founded solidly for the development and the application of Computer control. In the modern society, the surveillance and control using the computer for the industrial production flow which was obtained the widespread application, meanwhile, it's very important role for the security and the efficiency to the industrial production movement. In the paper, the computer monitoring system of PLC laboratory the modular equipment was background in the engineering training center, specifically the design and the realization process was elaborated.The paper firstly analyzed the technical flow of modulation production equipment, the performance goal request and the design principles of the computer supervisory system as foundation; it has carried on the computer supervisory system design. The system divides into the scene level and the monitoring level, The scene level composes through six PLC based on RS485 the mailing address N:N internet, the master station, five from the station, complete to the modular equipment six stations controls and the data acquisition function, through has reliable high Mitsubishi FX2N-48MRPLC to realize, respectively stands PLC to carry on the data transmission through the FX2N-485-BD connection module connection.The monitoring level completes entire equipment work process the information monitoring, take the configuration king (KingView6.5) as the technical platform, the configuration system surveillance and the control picture, caused the system to have to the scene process data dynamic surveillance function, has reported to the police the function to the unusual signal and so on. System based on Windows operating system,and using configuration king 6.5 web function, the position monitoring computer on at the same time takes the system the web server。Completed through the web server systems engineering had issued in configuration king's web that, enabled the operator to be allowed everywhere and every time through Internet/Intranet and the IE browser implementation long-distance monitoring. Finally on the position machine and scene level master station PLC, carried on through Mitsubishi's programming electric cable SC-09 by the serial communication way corresponds has completed the monitoring level and the scene level data exchange, has realized the monitoring function.Adopting this monitoring system will carry on the preliminary test that the cartoon controls to the module apparatus,proving that the structure of this computer monitoring system is reasonable in the design. It is convenient and flexible to use and convenient to Revise and maintain the system. The monitoring picture can be accurate, promptly reflect the working condition of the equipment by the animation form. It can give an alarm in unusual situation when the equipment runs. The good correspondence in on position machine between the lower position machines caused that the chart element of the picture and the hardware can realize synchronization work very well and realized the real-time monitoring to hardware. It May realize the long-distance monitoring through Internet. This system is suitable for the similar laboratory installment and the equipment, can raise the teaching level and the scientific researching level, realizes the teaching effect of the PLC equipment and the scene equipment correspondence.
