Ultra-wideband(UWB) wireless communication technology is a hot focus in research of wireless communication technology. It's a great differ from traditional wireless communication technology .Communication of local area network(LAN) and personal area network(PAN) can implemented by UWB wireless communication technology. More comprehensive attention has been taken to it because of its low power consumption,high bandwidth and simple framework. Especially the applications in high-speed wireless communication system have highly practical significance.In this paper, the concept and characteristic of UWB are described, and UWB signal generated technology is given emphasis to investigate . A low-power UWB signal generator circuit base on negative resistance phenomenon is proposed by analysed and compared. The circuit can credibly run in OOK-UWB and PPM-UWB system. UWB power amplifier also is researched with the aid of EDA. TX system for high-speed(100Mbps) UWB communication system is implemented in the paper. Point to Point UWB communication system is builded by my schoolmates and me. |
