With the rapid development of the information society, the explosive growth of information transmission volume has become increasingly important.Ultra-broadband technology has become one of the important trends in the development of communication technology. The broadband low-noise amplifier is located at the front end of the RF receiver. The performance of the broadband low-noise amplifier directly affects the sensitivity of the receiver. Therefore, the design and manufacture of a broadband low-noise amplifier with good performance has become a research hotspot. The main content of this article is to design and implement two 2-18 GHz ultra-wideband low-noise amplifiers. This article first introduces the research background and current status of ultra-wideband low-noise amplifiers, and then analyzes the relevant theories and main performance indicators of low-noise amplifiers in detail.Combined with the requirements of ultra-wideband low-noise amplifiers represented by broadband electronic reconnaissance and integrated phased array, the EC2612 die of UMS was selected.Based on a three-cascade negative feedback architecture,a 2-18 GHz ultra-wideband low-noise amplifier was designed,With high gain and low standing wave bit point;and based on the distributed architecture, completed another 2-18 GHz ultra-wideband low noise amplifier design, achieving a good degree of gain gain. This article uses ADS simulation software to carry out layout-schematic joint simulation of the two designed low-noise amplifiers. The negative feedback low-noise is placed in the 2-18 GHz bandwidth with a noise figure of less than 3.9d B and a gain of more than 22 d B.All are less than 1.5,and the degree of gain reduction is less than 2d B;the internal noise figure of the 2-18 GHz bandwidth allocated to low noise is less than 4.6d B,the gain is greater than 13 d B,the input standing wave ratio is less than 1.68,the output standing wave ratio is less than 1.57,and the gain reduction is less than 1.1 d B.
