The Study Of The Local Switching Network Management System Construction And Application

Today, with the booming development of telecommunication industry,the direction of telecommunication network management technology tends to be comprehensive,distributed and intelligent. The core competition of enterprise not only needs best and new equipment, but also needs high level management system. According to the principles of concentrated supervisory,concentrated allocation and concentrated dispatch , building perfect local exchanging network management system have already become common view in communication enterprise.As a prevailing international standard architecture of telecommunication network, Telecommunication Management Network (TMN) has been widely adopted by more and more network management system. The technical specifications,interface specifications and management specification set by TMN provide the blueprint and basis for the development of network management system. The main purpose of this paper is to found a local network management system of JiNing with high expansibility.In this paper TMN structure system and administration function were described detailedly. By analysis the current situation of JiNing network and the necessity of building this locality network management system, the locality network management frame was established. On the basis of study deeply the hardware , software structure of network management, analyzing network management system structure of our country, the network structure of Ji Ning network management was established associated with local area network (delivery network ) structure, network bandwidth. In order to decrease the effective of invalid data to other business, the front collecting equipment with dispersing allocation method was adapted to accomplish the system group net and the switchboard cut-over. According to demands of system construction and expanding in the future, the main hardware was selected for network management system. The software of the system adopts modularization structure, to make system having well-opened property and conveniently portable property within different hardware platform. Finally, by studying the emergency state reporting and their malfunction administration and the function realizing,including basic data collect, data pretreatment, the form board allocation of emergency reporting, the synthetical treatment in emergency state and so on, one of the applying to Ji Ning City network management system-fault management, was studied.
