Along with the gradual expansion of mobile telecommunication market and the continuous appearances of new technology,users' requirement for mobile telecommunication has been enlarged from original audio communication to the entire demand of mobile value-added business.Thanks to the features such as be ecnomical,be suitable for group communication,be capable of storage and so on,Short Message Service (SMS) has been accepted comprehensively,is has so many subscribers,and it remains the majority of value-added business now.193 e-card product of China Unicom is the innovative product based on card business sale of China Unicom,it performs the innovation by changing the issue solution,charge and sale of card.This product targets the group of customers at mobile users of China Unicom,it keeps the way of electrical sale,and it charges by merging mobile bill of users,it will broaden the sale channel of China Unicom audio card business,boost up the business incoming and profits,and it takes the advantageous position in the competition with opponents.193 e-card changes traditional marketing mode of genuine card to marketing mode of mobile payment,this change is able to reduce the costs and increase the income of card business.Marketing mode of e-card is the effective method for China Unicom to perform data business and it is also the advantageous mode for headquater to merge its business.According to the practical application of SGIP,this thesis develops 193 e-card sale platform of China Unicom which is based on the structure of J2EE,and it makes profound analysis and comparison between SGIP and CMPP at the same time.I participate in the development of SGIP implementation and construction of the SMS dealing portal.The achievements of this thesis:1. researches the SGIP protocol,and gives the concrete implementation of SGIP.2. constructs the SMS dealing portal,realizes the communication interface of the portal,this interface could perform the interactions which is based on SGIP between SMS dealing portal and SMG,it makes SMS dealing portal to receive the MO SMS from SMG by the Deliver command of SGIP,and it also let SMS dealing portal send MT SMS to SMG by the Submit command of SGIP.
