The application of batch production process is widespread, including: pesticide, dye, coating, pigment, bond, catalyst, food, feed, chemistry things, high polymer material, biological and chemical industry and so on.The sequential control which is one of the important control methods for batch process, has made great progress in many aspects, particularly in sequential control language research a well as sequential control system design method research. SFC, the important constituent of IEC61131-3, has a broad development future.SFC is not only one kind of basic programming language but also a method for control system design. By researching SFC, on the one hand the research may promote to the fundamental research of sequential control method, on the other hand it may be an effective impetu of sequential control in the actual production, in particular in the batch production.The author has produced the SFC programming language mathematics and introduced the design and the realization process of the SFC graph software development platform. Finally, according to the SFC programming method, the author has carried on the simulation confirmation to some batch process, and has produced the confirmation result.This article got the SFC model simplified and realized the expanding algorithm and the search algorithm.
