The control mode of traditional industry, for example the chemical industry, experiences a huge change since the industry 4.0. Internet provides the reliable guarantee in technique and security. Therefore, more and more company turns the traditional monitor platform from local area network to internet, and builds real-time control and online optimization for the industrial process via internet. The administrators can monitor the production status and analyze the production data in real-time considering the requirements of product process though the remote monitor platform which based on internet. If necessary, they can adjust the parameters of control algorithm, the valve opening and the device switching, etc. This provides reliable security guarantee in production and increases productivity.This thesis researches on batch reactor, and studies the technological process and operating principle of batch reactor. Considering the characteristics of producing process,designs and develops a simulation platform of batch reactor control based on Matlab and human machine interface software FactoryTalk View SE provided by Rockwell Automation.The platform has good human machine interface and flexibility of operation, which intuitively reflects the actual situation of production. It has the stability in control and expansibility as well.And on this basis, this thesis researches and analyzes the temperature control in batch reactor, and implement the secondary development to FactoryTalk View SE after researching many literatures. It combines the advanced control strategy and PID control, and adopts to the temperature control in batch reactor, which can complement the insufficient in traditional PID control, and validates the arithmetic in the temperature of batch reactor. Comparing with the traditional PID control, compound control strategy improves the control precision and stability. It also provides reference to similar issues in the future. It runs stability and has strong robustness in batch reactor temperature control system. The platform provides a good simulation environment for batch reactor control research, which has theoretical and practical significance.
