With middleware simulation systems, various modules in process industry, such as valves or towers, are packaged into several components according to their characteristic, and then concluded into hierarchy with their function, preserving interfaces outside. Different industrial system modules (like valves, tubes, towers and so forth) were packaged into various libraries according to certain constraints. System simulation engineers simply need to make a few system-level connections to complete the configuration and debugging work for both domestic system and 3rd party components. Engineers need no more modification of the code when making any change to the modules, equipments or even the whole system segments. The application of middleware in processing simulation will effectively solve the problem of interface standard and intellectual properties' problems. There are two architectures in the middle-ware system, namely 'basic simulation middle-ware' and 'enhanced simulation middle-ware', which implement on small scale circumstances and middle or large scale circumstances, respectively. The unique 3 level architecture ('protocol module', 'test bench' and 'scheduler system') can solve series of problems caused by deferent interfaces or deferent platforms met by design teams when they are designing simulation equipments, effectively. The creative hierarchical interface protocol makes the procedure of packaging modules of deferent hierarchies extremely easy and fast. What is more, its local compiling strategy makes the publication version abandon source code, which sufficiently protected the intellectual property of each designing team.
