The charge-by- household system of central air condition is to measure the actual energy consumption of each household separately, and convert it to the household expenditure. This paper attempts to design a set of special-purpose meteraging system efficiently. This system is also suitable for the centralism heating system , the hot water supplies system and may be expand to the pre-payment systematic, the far biography system or limits the quantity the service systemFirstly, this paper summarized the status in quo, the trends, the purpose, the method for issues solved of the charge-by- household system of central air condition.Secondly, it gived the total design for this system, Gathers the residence separately using two temperature sensors and the household secondary refrigerant (circulating water) the temperature, with a flowmeter measurement secondary refrigerant current capacity, uses solenoid valve control secondary refrigerant the circulation.Will gather two temperature informations and a current capacity information will pass through the special design to change deliver the electric circuit to send in a monolithic integrated circuit electric circuit, will output this indoors after processing and the operation the total energy exchange quantity, and demonstrated with the numerical code, will simultaneously control the solenoid valve the make-and-break and the corresponding indicating lamp.Introduced the algorithm rationale and has carried on the proof to the system design plan introduced the algorithmic theory and demonstrated the feasibility of the system scheme.Thirdly, it presented the design of each hardware circuit module in detail, according to the requirement for the system design.Lastly, the experimental result proves that the system actually shows the indoor benefit degree of each household and the service cost of the service provider. This product may provide the reliable meteraging for the household enjoying the central air condition.
