The advertising management is an important element that affects the satellite TV surviving and developing in our country. In recent years, the competition between media advertising becomes increasingly fierce. As a result of the rational media placement of the enterprise and the increasing of the media advertising task year by year, the media transform the role gradually from"shopkeeper"to"peddler"in advertising market. All the media are exploring the most effective and suitable advertising management strategy. In the new turn intense competition between media, the condition of the advertising management directly determines the future and the destiny of the satellite TV. During the national overall situation, Jilin satellite TV is in a weak condition. According to the recent income figure of satellite TV advertising in our country, Jilin satellite TV is in the most backward camp all along. The condition of the advertising management is anxious. So the article carries on a general inspection from the three aspects including advertising income, the price, the discount and the coverage, and also uses the SWOT analysis model from the management science for reference, discovers the strengths, the weakness, the opportunity and the threat of the Jilin satellite TV adverting management. Not only finds the problem in advertising management of Jilin satellite TV, but also discovers the most suitable advertising management for Jilin satellite TV. In this foundation, the writer tries to regard the advertising management strategy from tactical and the strategic two angles for Jilin Satellite TV to carry on. From the advertising management angle, formulates a series of practical and feasible advertising management strategy.Finally, in order to keep the strategy to be possibly carried out, the writer transforms two aspects from the mechanism reform and the idea to propose certain indemnificatory measure.
