The paper takes qualitative research primarily and quantitative research as auxiliary, adopts the material analytic method and the logical analytic method.The purpose is to conclude the research content of the inland satellite television in the past and to analyze the reason for the formation of the superior satellite television. The author presents his own opinion on the advertising management of provincial satellite television in mid-west China. First of all, it defines the provincial satellite television in mid-west China according to their macroeconomic background. Adopting the SWOT analytic method, the author looks at the media policy, program producing, coverage and competition situation of the advertising management of our provincial satellite television by referring to the superior television media of our mainland.Secondly, the writer suggests the diversified provincial satellite television group of mid-west China on the strategy chosen under the foundation of western competition and localization theory. The minority province confirmed can carry out the locality comprehensive channel tactic. And other provinces perform the specialized channel throughout the country.Thirdly, the essay collects some valuable advertising management methods of our superior television media from the writer's point of view, for example, the mid-west provincial television could imitate the agency tactic and client service of CCTV and distributing center model Guangdong TV. At last, attention should be paid during the advertising management by the mid-west provincial television, especially in the face of the exterior capital entrance and the loan of advertising prosecution right.
