With the development of the traditional training system for multi-object, its structure becomes more and more complicated, the cost of training has been increasing, and its conditions of training become more and more rigour, it's a good idea for simulation training by using simulation and virtual reality technology. There are many formalities for harmony of train-organizing, and strict request for equipment manipulation, and high cost of training in the training of RAS (Replenishment at Sea). It can resolve the problem by implementing a Simulation Training System for RAS (STSRAS). How to design a model framework, which will be the golden rule of modeling, has become one of most important and urgent problem in the implementation of the system.The thesis uses the STSRAS as the application background, and focuses on the research the model framework of the system. The contents and innovations are summarized into the following parts:(1) After analyzing the characteristic of the STSRAS, the thesis proposes system architecture of the STSRAS, which uses process model to describe and implement processes of all training types, and uses physics and behavior model to describe character for entities, and uses virtual representation model to build virtual scene for simulation system;(2) After analyzing process modeling methodology and applied situation of process model in simulation training, the thesis researches the functions and requirements and theory of process model for STSRAS, and analyzes with emphasis the process modeling methodology based on EHFSM(Extended Hierarchical Finite State Machine). And a process model framework, and a real-time simulation algorithm based on EHFSM for the STSRAS are presented;(3) Aiming at material feature of object at the STSRAS, the thesis proposes the physics and behavior model framework for the simulation training;(4) Aiming at the requirements of virtual display, the thesis proposes the formal specification of the virtual representation model, the components of the model and the interaction relation between the components;(5) Based on the research of above theories and technologies, a system—SeaSupply for the simulation training for RAS is designed and implemented.The research and application of this thesis can be applied in constructing of STSRAS, and be afforded a good reference to other similar system, and be beneficial both from theoretical and practical perspectives.
