PET is important raw material of many products, such as the chemical fiber, the filmstrip, the soft drinks bottle and so on, which use widely. PET reaction process is complex, which has the characteristic of the big lag, the non-linearity, the time varitation and so on, and each response process conditions influence much to exportation target, as well as actual operation is quite difficult. In order to stably produces and improve the product quality, it is extremely essential to develop the simulation training system of polyester production process.The production process simulation is the core of the training system. This article takes NOY company's three reactor polyester production process as an object, and analyzes the response characteristic and the reaction mechanism of the esterification reactor, the pre-condensation reactor and the end condensation reactor. Taking the mechanism model as the frame, it separately establishes the product quality target soft-sensing model of the three cauldron using the LabVIEW tool, and develops the soft-sensing system of the polyester product essential qualitative index, for example, the esterification rate, polymerization degree,viscosity, number even molecular weight and so on.Taking the model as the foundation, this article also discusses the influence from process conditions (temperature T, pressure P, the mole compared to MET and the mass-transfer factor) to the above qualitative index, and obtains the correct analysis result with the scene production contrast. In order to further increase the modeling precision and expand the model serviceability, this article uses the scene the chemical examination analysis data and the optimized technology to revise the model parameter.In addition, the polyester three cauldrons flows model which this article establishes, combined with the main flow union of LabVIEW control training system , can give birth to on-line output of various cauldrons exportation target, and can be used to the new staff's training to achieve the factory the anticipated request.
