On The Application Of Information Communication Technologh In Public Opinion War

Human being is stepping into the threshold of the information time, and the warfare shape is transforming from mechanization to informatization. In the Iraq War the American Army brought public opinion war into effect, which shortened the course of the war in a certain extent and was concerned and studied by every country in the world. In the information time public opinion war is a necessary means and a very important part to the modern war, and presents an independent strategic mode.This thesis synthetically applied theories and knowledge of history of science and technology, informatics and communication, roundly analyzed the systematic structure of communication, the development history and the refined application of the information communication technology in the public opinion war, advanced the studies and constructs of information communication technology in Chinese army.
