The research about Dynamic Reconfiguration began in the seventies of the 20th century. About dealing with the dynamic reconfiguration and daptive evolution of the system, there are two models: the traditional programming model and the evolution model[1]. Among the both models, the dynamic evolution is more complex than the other, while it also offers greater flexibility and has more dynamic reconfiguration capabilities for applying the wider scene. Therefore, the paper concerns in the evolution model. At present, service-oriented architecture (SOA) is becoming the trend of the future architecture for enterprise software. To synchronous and asynchronous applications and distributed computing based on the request / response model, SOA is a revolution. Web service as a new type of distributed application component based on open standards takes users to compound the corresponding services to meet their needs, and the character of the domain, and don't concern in the preparation of complex code. Furthermore, it realizes a interaction and integration of heterogeneous applications. The procedures can interacte with the XML-based application.Based on the research and understand on SOA, This paper proposes some new ideas about Dynamic Reconfiguration based on agent technology and Web Services. With Agent technology and semantic Web technology brough into the system, the paper constructs the architecture to meet the need of individual users, dynamic reconfiguration system architecture --AWAS system. The architecture can be made to meet the need of individual users, and make applications response to the dynamic open network computing environment and increase the reusability of services and applications. The arcitecture has demonstrated to this idea of a unified "network systems". The arcitecture truly reflected the humanistic ideas on the software design and evolution.
