As the blueprint of the Internet, the semantic web is a network that can judge something according to the semantics. It can not only understand human language, but also can identify the semantics of the information. Besides, it can interpret and process it aotomatically. The forth floor of the semantic web architecture is ontology layer. As the key of semantic web technology, it is the foundation of solving the problem of sharing and exchanging information. So it is necessary to make a research of ontology. Ontology aims to describe specific research in form of a formalized and shared conceptual model. In fact, ontology delineates the basic knowledge system and descriptive language of a certain field through description of concepts, terminology and its relationships.The current theory of ontology describes resource and its relationships invariably. Neverthless, the semantics of information vary in different areas, different cultures and different social environments. Besides, the semantics will also be changed with the changing of external factors. So the theory of ontology needs extension. Combined with the theory of Mutual-description Principle, Fuzziness Principle, Evolution Principle and the composition of description of fuzziness and the composition that caused the fuzziness change,the dynamic ontology based on mutual-description Principle is put foward. The architecture of the dynamic ontology is designed, and the component of dynamic ontology is described with FOWL. Meanwhile, a research on the evolution of dynamic ontology is made. At last, an experiment of testing the above theory is conducted.This paper is specific for the following research:(1)A deep discussion of the definition of ontology and the description language are made.(2)A deep research of Agent, including the definition, the relationship of Agent and Object, the BDI model, especially its pragmatic syllogism are made, and the control structure and pragmatic syllogism is explained through an example.(3)Agent is introduced into Ontology based on the deep comprehension of Ontology, Agent, Mutual-description Principle, Fuzziness Principle and Evolution Principle. The formal definition of Dynamic Ontology is given, and its architecture is studed.(4)Weight is involved to the triple of RDF statement, it used to describe the fuzziness, and form FRDF. Then we extend it and design the OWL, describe the component of dynamic ontology with FOWL.(5)A research on the evolution of dynamic ontology, include why, when, how and so on are made, and the algorithm of evolution is designed, including the evolution of concrete relationships and abstract relationships.
