Study On Safety Assessment System Of Guanghan Branch CAFUC

The safety assessment system of Guanghan Branch CAFUC analyzed the system of safety risks objectively and measured to eliminate a hidden danger, it is very important meaning to improve the system of reliability and safety. In this paper, four aspects' studies on the safety assessment system of the Guanghan Branch CAFUC:(1) The study of index system of safety assessmentThe Guanghan. Branch CAFUC system is a great and complicated system, composed of six departments . Compared to the former, it is different from the former that directly based on "Human-Aircraft-Environment-Management"theory and built the index, but the theory through the index .After collecting data and improving the former index, we can analyze reasons from the results of assessment and find out the people who responsible for the work.(2) The method of multilevel fuzzy and comprehensive appraisalThis system has many characteristics that lots of factors affecteach other. Than considered that those describe only by fuzzy Language. We analyzed and decided that adopt the method of multilevel fuzzy and comprehensive appraisal. The final system result has gotten from the third Layer (safe degree of section ) to the second layer (safe degree of department) to the first layer (management and realistic safe degree). We can see the great and concrete score of kinds of layer results .(3) Developing soft of the safety assessment systemThe pre-methods system that the safety assessment of Guanghan Branch CAFUC has already couldn't satisfied the development of civil aviation. With the quick development , imminently need a suit of software to achieve: Strongly operate, analyze comprehensively the results concluding horizontal and longitudinal , protract curve diagram. This paper have made systemic analysis and systemic detail design to "safety assessment system of Guanghan Branch CAFUC" by using some soft project ideas.(4) Improvement of the former method of assessment Because the different system and method between current and former. We should improve implement of method accordingly. For the sake of much more convenience and capable ,as follows adjusting: department and section of assessment,allotment of assessment personnel,modify the standard of measurements the diverse of check way,establishment of the list of safety check.
