Abstract/Summary:
Infrared non-destructive testing technology which according to the difference of object's temperature to form image being regarded highly by people gradually in the electrical power system, it does not restrict the object form, not damaging object inner structure, can carry out online detecting.To form infrared image from equipment is infrared thermal imaging system, and the staring infrared focal plane array thermal imaging system is mainly applied in the electric system.alouthgh it has much mercits such as easy to take,easy to operate,having high reliability and so on. fly in the ointment's be that image gained by whose is comparatively blurred, so we have to improve the image.The paper focus on researching the image which is gained from the staring infrared focal plane array thermal imaging system.because of infrared image's strong conjunction between the target and background,we cann't strengthen the blurred image well with one arithmetic.so we have to make use of more algorithmics' characteristic to accomplish the assignment.In these arithmetic, the histogram balanced algorithm deal with image by density balanced, we improve it by the gradation to be balanced foundating density balanced, it can avoid lossing gradation that the original histogram balanced algorithm processing the image. after that ,the simulation has confirmed the improvement's algorithm validity. because of infrared image's strong conjunction between the target and background,and nosie distributes independent characteristic,so we use partial smoothness' algorithm to processing the image.to avoid excessively slackening the detail ,we have to set weight value to deal with the problem.This article first uses the operation algorithm to carry on the entire gradation promoting to the picture, then using the partial operation to carry on smoothing or on peaking to the picture,and using add algorithm gradually to strengthen the original picture, after that using the histogram balanced improvement's algorithm promoting contrast gradient. In order to be advantageous for the demonstration, using the power operation algorithm to carry on the gradation overall situation promotion. in the end, using two times of concave functions to compress the low gradation level and simultaneously to promote the high gradation level. In order to sharpen the person eye resolution, we carry on false colored processing to the picture; For the better analysis breakdown and thelatent breakdown, this article used bior4.4 to carry on Mutual Recognition Arrangent(MRA), the simulation result has indicated that we can direct diagnosis and the latent breakdown in the obeying the son picture .We try our best to make the blurry imgae have vivid demonstration effect by strengthening way. We can discover and locate the obviou failure, and may analyze the latent one by the image.this will make examination have a profounder significance.
