With the continuous development of image technology,the human has more and more requirements for information of image.Infrared imaging technology in aerospace,military investigation and security monitoring and other fields show a strong vitality.At present,the UFPA(Uncooled Focal Plane Array)has gradually become the mainstream device for infrared imaging with its unique advantages of no cooling system,low cost,low power consumption,small size and long life,and has occupied the vast market.Therefore,the research and design of imaging technology based on uncooled infrared focal plane array has obvious cost advantages and important practical value.In this paper,the development status of infrared imaging technology is introduced.By analyzing the structure,characteristics and working principle of an uncooled long-wavelength infrared focal plane array,this paper designs a cricuit system of infrared imaging based on field programmable array FPGA and USB2.0 transmission chip.The article focuses on the characteristics of the uncooled infrared focal plane array,and sets out the technical index of the corresponding infrared imaging system and determines the scheme of the infrared imaging circuit.The scheme provides a power supply circuit,a driving and control circuit,an output signal driving enhancement circuit,an analog-to-digital conversion circuit,and an data transmission circuit for the uncooled infrared focal plane array.Besides,the control program of the system is designed according to the circuit system.Then,the related test of the circuit of each functional modules and infrared imaging has been done.The test results show that the imaging circuit designed in this paper for the infrared focal plane array meets the technical specifications of the imaging system,and realizes the driving of the infrared image detector and completes the basic imaging task.Finally,the optimization and improvement direction are proposed for the defects of the imaging circuit system.
