The background of this dissertation is the electronic bidding system development project which author participated in for Sichuan Construction Information Network, and the dissertation works out a completed solution of public bidding sub-system. With the thinking of software engineering directing and MVC design pattern method, thought the business requirement analysis, functional designs, implement of project, the dissertation accomplished the researching for main technique method, database design and develops, data access layer design, Ajax technique applications which are used for project development.The essence of the public bidding sub-system is an integrated management system which contains a management of bidding information and a management of bidding business flow. The sub-system combines with the popular Web technique realization and optimization for bidding working and electronic commerce.The dissertation includes introduction, related technique introduction, business requirement analysis, database design, Ajax technique application, sub-system realization. Firstly, the introduction part introduced the background, signification, and research contents of developing public bidding sub-system. Then, the applied for .NET and the UML technique carried on introduction. Chapter 3 analyzed business requirement of the public bidding sub-system, designed business process and functional module. At chapter 4, according to the principle of database, author designed database and an general use data access layer. At chapter 5, throught researched the Ajax (Asynchronous JavaScript and XML) technique, author designed an application a framework for Ajax, maked an Ajax technique torealization.
