Design And Implementation About Electronic Bidding System Of A Groupe

With the rapid development of information technology,information technology has become one of the most important tools of all walks of life,the application of information technology to a large extent changed the traditional business structure and operating mode.For the bidding and tendering work,the electronic bidding platform has become the main mode of bidding for the information technology era.The development and use of the electronic information bidding platform greatly improved the efficiency of the traditional bidding work.Electronic Tendering is a combination of tender and information technology products,in the tender work,in accordance with the work of the tender process,the use of Internet information technology to achieve the entire tendering process.Electronic bidding technology has been developed rapidly in recent years.In the electronic bidding platform,all participants participate in the whole bidding through a new visualization and professional way,which improves the efficiency of project management.But it is undeniable that the electronic bidding platform is still in the initial stage,in the development and use of electronic tendering information system there are many aspects of the problem,resulting in the current e-tender information system can not fully meet the requirements of the tender work.Electronic tendering information system needs to transfer the traditional offline business to the Internet,the need to use relevant technical means to tender all aspects of work and related stakeholders linked.Through a series of processes to achieve the objectives of the tender.The development and construction of the electronic bidding information system can greatly improve the efficiency of the bidding work and promote the electronic development of the bidding work.This paper takes Group A as an example to develop and design the electronic bidding information system of group A.Based on the actual demand of group A bidding,combining with the core business and value of bidding work,using Internet and information technology to A group electronic bidding Information system design and development.Based on the status quo of A Group's bidding work and the information technology,A Group's electronic bidding information system was developed and designed.This paper adopts B \ S framework in the design process,adopts SQL Server2005 in the system database design and development,and deploys relevant programs and databases on the Web server,and realizes the users participate in the bidding work through the Internet.A group of electronic tender information system,including tendering,bidding,evaluation and system management,the four major functional modules.This paper takes these four functional modules as the development core,and tests the development and design of the system in all directions.Through the testing of the system,the system can satisfy the bidding work of Group A.
