Study On Library Knowledge Innovation Guarantee System Of Modern Information Environment

Knowledge Innovation has been interested by every country in the world with knowledge have been a kind of important social resources and knowledge economy had appeared, so the guarantee of knowledge innovation is very important to the social development for a kind of subsidiary job for knowledge innovation. Library that is always the important social department for the guarantee of knowledge innovation is called"Knowledge Mine"or"Information Storehouse", for its abundant information resources. But with the development of Internet, the modern information environment has arisen, we can have more ways to get information, so the position of library has been fluctuated. Envisaging the challenge of Internet, what library should do to make consumer feel content for the guarantee of knowledge innovation and make library have a better future? How can we find a way of durative development for library? These problems have been the important task to every person who had been concerned about library.We are clear about library should continue with guarantee of knowledge innovation under the modern information environment, by way of the academic research about library and knowledge innovation and the investigation about the status of guarantee of knowledge innovation in Chinese library now. And I analyze the category and position of guarantee of knowledge innovation about library in the new information environment. Then I build a whole guarantee system of knowledge innovation and ways for optimizing to help library in modern information environment.First, this article explains that knowledge innovation is very important in knowledge economy age through expatiating and analysis for the meaning of knowledge innovation and the important function of knowledge innovation for the development of country economy.
