The paper focused on Micro-Fluidic CAD system development and the expansion of the IP system and integration of simulation studies. In conjunction with the state 863/MEMS special topic " Biological micro-nano flow control system design and software development ". Studied the developing method based on ACIS 3D Micro-Fluidic CAD System, concluded the IP-database developing thoughts based on XML configuration, developed a two-dimensional Micro-Fluidic CAD design program, and integrated the LBD simulation system.. Work summarized as follows :1:According to the development of Micro-Fluidic CAD System at home and abroad,Inductive Micro-Fluidic control system research and development direction. Several from the mainstream of foreign advanced Micro-Fluidic control system CAD start. Further analysis of the current domestic of Micro-Fluidic control in the development of the state and the future development trend. Based on these analysis to get the Micro-Fluidic CAD design method and summed up the whole system CAD System flowchart. Finally from five different angles to discuss the significance of the research.2:Analysis four important components of the library for the simulation of Micro-Fluidic control system development process, the Components Library,the Simulation Library,the Import and Export Library,the template Library. Then from three aspects of the development process including the database system, the core component of CAD systems, simulation systems set out the details. This chapter Expounded the development theory of the system core part from needs analysis. Include design, IP database design, 2D CAD system analysis, ACIS 3D analysis, Simulation System. In the end of the chapter introduced to support of the development process can refer to the use of the molding Blitz++ Library, GSL, Image Processing Library (IPL98).3:Compares the development of 3D CAD/CAE systems in three ways. reached the optimum method for forming a platform for the development of 3D modeling conclusions is to use Some kind of prototyping platform . In comparing prototyping platform ACIS, PARASOLID, PELORUS, analysis of the merits of ACIS, then map out the structure of the ACIS and the flowchart of using ACIS 3D model for the development. And use practical examples to demonstrate how to use ACIS 3D Library to develop 3D modeling.Finally, Show the methods of how to integrate CAD-flow control system during the development of ACIS 3D model.4:Show the important significance during the system design process for IP development and management, and from its constituent elements : IP library component, IP Library established, based on the XML Generation IP Library, the IP Library analysis, IP library search, IP library distribution and Remote Invoking and other aspects of the detailed process of some of these technical issues.
