Accuracy analysis has special importance to the force standard machine. We can study the machine's precision better, when we know it's working ways and principles accurately, based guaranteeing it's working condition. The machine can be widely accepted and applied only when we realize its high accuracy in the premise. The building-up force standard machine is a complex and precise equipment used to test load sensor and measure and compare the size of force.In order to sulove these problems of the building-up force standard machine, the paper puts the concept of the new machine with multi-position, studies the 500kN building-up force standard machine with multi-position, discuss it's accuracy problems. The paper analysis five aspects detail, and puts up the feasible solutions to the questions mentioned, which have been applied to practice.1. The old building-up force standard machines have the single working way, which can change the original states of the testing to the standard sensor and lead to the possible erroneous of measuring force. Their standard sensors are difficult to remove and install. As the meanwhile our new building-up force standard machine with multi-position has the advantage that it can provide four working locations in different time and test the performance of different size sensor. The new machine can satisfy the need of different working range. It has the characteristics of guaranteeing the measure accuracy, simple construction and easy using. The paper states the concrete exposition way and final definite plan of the machine's mechanical structure.2. The paper states the load condition and the load principle of the building-up force standard machine, reducing the impact as much as possible is the important presupposition of improving the experiment precision. We analyze the error of the building-up force standard machine with multi-position, including the error of experimental method, the error of equipment, the error of experiment condition and process and the error of data handling; we also analyze the asymmetrical error ofthe working parts' structure of the building-up force standard machine with multi-position, which includes the error analysis of experiment principle, the analysis of the impact of machine manufacture precision on testing the load sensor, the analysis of the impact of installation of the standard sensor on its working precise, the analysis of the impact of the clearance error of the mechanical structure provide the power in experiment process and the error analysis of data handling. The impact of the error signal exists in the conditions of stetch dissymmetry or damp dissymmetry, and the two things exist simultaneity.3. The paper analysis the working part of the building-up force standard machine with multi-position on materials mechanics includes middle location and peripheral locations. We analysis the size of deformation of the four ball bearing guide screws when they reach the rated size in different location (middle location and peripheral locations) at normal working conditions and give the conclusions. We found the mechanics model by its mechanical structure, and simplify the mechanics model of middle position.4. The simulation analysis on the building-up force standard machine with multi-position includes the static analysis, the nonlinear analysis and the modality analysis of 500kN position, and the static analysis of 300kN location. We analyze their results too, contrast analyze the simulation results in different position, and analyze the stress and deformation situation of the parts of the mechanical structure when they are working. The modality analysis is a technology of which determines the vibration characteristic of the mechanical structure, by which can determine the natural frequency, the resonance oscillation and its coefficient (some inspires to some extent participates in vibration in a particular direction). It can provide the theoretical and experimental basis for improving the designation and application of the force standard machine with overlay-loading way.5. This paper give the simply introduce as following: How to use operation software of the building-up force standard machine with multi-position; and set the size of the control parameters in actual operation's affect. We experiment and collect the experimental data via the different positions on the building-up force standard machine with multi-position. The data are handled by using knowledge on numerical analysis and mathematical statistics, and analysis results of been handled and combine things of actual working. We can obtain the conclusions that: The model establishment is correct, and the simulation analysis and the actual working condition are consistent, and the multi-position is rational and feasible. Theseconclusions prove that the building-up force standard machine with multi-position achieves the precision requires of the testing to the load sensor, saves the examination cost, suites the demand of mass production of the load sensor. In short, it has the vital practical significance and practical valuation to the testing of the load sensor.The main content of this paper is above, this building-up force standard machine with multi-position had been proved the rationality of the working way by simulation and experiments. It achieves the goal of guaranteeing the examine precision and convent using. The analysis and sulotion methods by used are correct and consistent by practice, and achive to the better affection. The methods are not only adapt to this equipment but also adapt to the same equipment.
