Marman Clampband Joint mechanism has been widely used in space engineering because of it's high reliability and small impact on the stars.This paper has designed and manufactured a multi-cylinder precision force servo control system and conducted experimental research on its control performance.The main contents of this paper are as follows:In chapter 1,the research background of the subject is introduced,and the theme of the subject is studied:a multi-cylinder precision force servo control system.This chapter expounds the research status of hydraulic synchronous control system and electro-hydraulic servo control system in detail,and summarizes the research content of the subject.In chapter 2,two hydraulic system design schemes have been presented based on the analysis of the functional requirements and performance parameters of multi-cylinder precision servo control system.Then,the loading method of the system hydraulic circuit is introduced,and AMESim modeling and simulation of the system hydraulic circuit are carried out to verify the rationality of the designed hydraulic system.In chapter 3,the hydraulic system,mobile operation console and control system of multi-cylinder precision force servo control system stand have been designed and constructed in detail,and the calculation and selection of hydraulic system components have also been completed.Based on the application background of the subject,the loading unit of the design test rig and the overall control frame of the test rig have been designed in this chapter,too.In chapter 4,the test-bed control scheme design was carried out,based on the functional requirements of the test-bed.The software structure of the loading control system and the software running process of the upper and lower computer are also analyzed in detail.Then,the design of Lab VIEW and PLC control programs and the design of human-computer interaction interface are completed.In chapter 5,the synchronization control strategy and loading strategy of multi cylinder precision force servo control system are studied,and the design of load coordination controller and adaptive fuzzy P1D controller is completed.The AMESim/Simulink joint simulation model is built and the design control strategy is verified and analyzed.In chapter 6,The overall performance of multi cylinder precision force servo control test-bed is experimentally analyzed,including dynamic response test,loading force calibration experiment and synchronous loading test.In chapter 7,all the research contents were summarized,and some new views were put forward in the future.
