Automation system technology during information time has developed change quickly. Intelligent, digital, communication, networking, micromation, distributed represent main trend of the development of industry control system. Field bus is new technology, which represents industry control system, acclimating with the developing trend. Field bus indicates new phase of computer and information technology in automation field application, establishs foundation for entire industry system of whole digital running.In this paper, After analyzing embedded technology and general situation of development of control system, we introduce the technology characteristic of CAN bus all-around firstly, emphasize on analyzing and researching problems of realtime of data transmission in CAN bus network and ameliorative plan. Afterward, we make use of embedded technology to realize network measure and control system based on CAN bus. Main-control node of the system , ARM platform is accomplished by utilizing embedded micprocessor ARM of 32 bit and Embedded real-time operating systemμC/OS-II, and multitask is established on this platform, including communication of CAN network, input of LCD displaying, embedded Web server ,etc.This paper has six chapters. The first chapter introduces the developing process of control system, embedded technology and developing actuality, and educes background and research significance of task, presents main research content. The second chapter emphasizes on presenting CAN bus technology, and analyzes work principle and real-time of CAN bus system. The third chapter dicusses the realization of measure and control network of CAN bus, the necessity of integration of measure and control network of CAN bus and Internet, Meantime, presents design plan of system, work principle and composing. The forth chapter discusses designing and realization of embedded measure and control system based on CAN bus, explaining hardware and software designing route of system and implement way in details. Hardware, we introduce main processor LPC2292 and whole hardware logical module. Software, we realize operating system μC/OS-II, transplanting on ARM7, and accomplish multitask establishing on embedded system. The fifth chapter introduces actual applied experiment aim at QXLPC-III process control system. This experiment checks some physical quantum, validates feasibility of the platform. The sixth chapter concludes the whole paper, presents existing problem and prospect of further work.
