Nowadays, Embedded technology is becoming one of the most popular computer technologies, at the same time, Embedded system is widely used in various fields with the development of information technology and the wide usage of digital products. As a result, the application and the development of Embedded system have been obtained more and more attention. This design, which considers it as a point of departure, realizes an Embedded system control platform of full-featured, low cost, and popular technologies. The MCU S3C44B0X, which is a popular Core Processor of ARM, is adopted as a core of this platform. In addition, the basic hardware resources are expanded, the Boot loader is started up and loaded, andμC/OS-Ⅱis transplanted into the platform. This dissertation describes the research and development of the whole system platform and it also introduces its processes of design and realization. It mainly includes three parts: the design and implement of hardware, the implement and load of BIOS, the system transplant. The first part includes the design of CPU core system, the design of the interface circuits. The second part is about the function of the system BIOS and the design of BOIS programs. The third part talks about the structure ofμC/OS-Ⅱand its process and method of transplanting into S3C44B0X.The end of this dissertation summarizes the main tasks and the existent questions. Additionally, it puts forward some advices and forecasts for future work. The dissertation is very useful to those fresher and developers on embedded system, which can help them rapidly grasp the main feathers and the key places of embedded system whatever in the design of hardware and Software.
