As a main source of revenues for TV stations currently TV commercials have undergone rapid development and the data of key accounts have become valuable assets with great significance to the company.Meanwhile the management of TV commercials is facing many challenges,such as the effective cooperation between advertising producing teams with sales teams and the improvement of the ability to capture business opportunities and increase the productivity and competitiveness,The adoption of information management system can not only improve the efficiency,upgrade the service,but also help to discover new business opportunities and stimulate further development of the company.The research undertaken by this thesis is as follows:Firstly,it sets forth that with the background of informatization and related market situation for TV and broadcasting industry,“XX TV Satellite Channel" proposes the special request for the development of the management system of the advertising resources in order to expand the competitive advantages.With the intention of innovation in the three aspects:concept building,designing philosophy and operational management,Hunan TV and Broadcasting Co puts forward the original functional requirements so as to incorporate the management of Advertise-ment resources with the information system and manage the advertising process in a scientific and normative way.As a result,the productivity and the market competitiveness will be improved.Secondly,on the basis of the designing principle of the system,emphasizing safety and reliability are our building concept,We will attempt to maintain its competitive edge and constantly updating its systemic expansibility.In the designing of the platform,we adopted the method of“molding according to specific target",trying to module the designing,implementing and operating processes and therefore the whole platform can automatically upgrade and check itself.Moreover,we monitor the actual operation through project management and used differentiated strategies to ensure stable and sustainable development of the whole system.Thirdly,as for how to realize the operation of an integrated platform,we conducted the process step by step,from the building of the platform to selecting the data products and to the data security.We started from the system modules,resorting to UML strategy and Power Designer technology in building the module.We comprehensively studied the efficiency and security issues in data management and conducted analysis,arrangement and realization of the model.We also used PowerBuilder to finalize the details in function designing.The system database structure is a composition of each module's E-R mapping.A multi-functioning design on the platform of collaborative office is realized through system security and modulation.Lastly,on the preliminary stage,we mainly used white box testing,a testing to test modules and units of the system.Later we invited professionals to test and examine the system and used ptesting to evaluate the performance of different modules and functions.The result shows that the platform can satisfy our expected requirements fairly well.The design and operation of the system has proved that the platform is capable in satisfying needs from the business and the safety of data.It also successful met our expected target,improving the working efficiency and the quality of management,therefore it has earned its credit in the remarkable campaign for XX TV and Broadcasting Co to achieve a gross revenue of over 10 billion.
