An Environment Control System Based On The Fieldbus Technology For Wood Processing Workshop

At present, environmental pollution is a serious problem in wood processing workshop, such as: noise, dust, harmful gas, electromagnetic radiation, fire, and so on. It has caused serious harm to the industrial insurance and external environment, then affected the working efficiency and enterprise benefit. For the sustainable development and the realization of clean production, wood processing enterprise must invest a lot of money in improving the workshop environment, and yet, an advanced environmental control system should be established firstly for the better environmental improvement in workshop, thus, it can strengthen the supervision of workshop environment.The environment of wood processing workshop is researched and analyzed in detail firstly, then a environmental monitoring and control network system for the wood processing workshop based on the LonWorks Fieldbus technology is constructed. Then, the environment of wood processing workshop can be supervised in realtime, relational datas can be shared. The system can offer help to the environmental management in workshop. The research and construction of this system will be helpful to raising the level of digital management and speeding up the step of information construction in enterprise.This paper takes the machine workshop of Beijing XX Furniture Company as background of system research, and designs the system under the laboratory condition. Taking environmental control networks as research object, and analyzing the requirements of system, writer obtains the following results:1 After analyzing the requirements of system,the architecture and functional model of fieldbus-based environmental control system for workshop is built up.2 Taking advantages of LonWorks,writer offered a total solution to environmental control system for wood prossessing workshop. 3 Analysed deeply LNS, the software structure and hardware structure of smart node, and its development technique. also completed the development of node application program and built up the bottom control network -Infranet.4 Delved into internal integration and external integration of environmental control system, also completed the development of monitoring software and data communication interface, accomplished the seamlessly connection among Infranet,Intranet and Internet.5 Completed the debug of system.In short, it is the first time to study and design environmental control system that arms at the wood processing workshop, it is the very first time to apply the theory of industrial control and fieldbus technology in the system. Because of the limit of personal capacity and laboratory conditions, writer just completed preliminary study about the system and achieved its basic functions, there are many issues and functions be worthy of study in-depth and further expansion.
