The Automatic Warning System Based On Image Processing

With the development of computer, the digital image technology is becoming more and more important and obtained rapid process, not only some new theories,new ways and new equipment occurs. At the same time the digital image processing has been used widely in many fields such as industry manufacture,medical processing,traffic and video monitoring control systems. The digital image processing must not only accelerate the development of society and economy, but also promote the level of people's life.On the chance of the development of the image processing technology, this thesis discusses the thought of design of automatical warning system, in the background of the development of video control system.In terms of hardware design, the CCD camera is designed as input equipment, the image card is designed as A/D transformation equipment, the computer is designed as control equipment. The function of the hardware design of every part is introduced in the thesis detailedly.In terms of software design, the thesis introduces that the software system is divided into several functional modules such as video image capture,video image pre-process and motive target detection. The thesis introduces the algorithm of digital image processing as the realization of software.The system realizes to detect unauthorized person's entering automatic alarming by detecting the motive target.The systemic image is of high quality and steady, and the percent of wrong alarm is very low. The system has extensive appliance and wide foreground. All of these efforts have prepared to discuss farther problems such as motive target tracking.
