Research And Development Of The Component-Based Cost And Technology Management System On .NET Platform

With the development of computer science and network technology, traditional Management Information System is changing into the one based on Internet/Intranet platform. To improve efficiency and quality of production, the enterprises need develop a series of Management Information Systems, which are more efficient than the ones before. Based on the ERP software of a car body plant in Nanjing, the whole process of developing technology management system and cost management system is discussed in detail in this paper.At the beginning, the development of the enterprise information system is introduced; and it is proposed that component technology is the effective solution to improve the system's robustness and maintenance.Then by introducing the basic concepts of component and main developing technique, the .NET components applied in technology management system and cost management system are introduced, as well as the advantages of .NET components over others and the concept of CBSE.After that, according to the instance of the car body plant, the structures of the system software are analyzed and designed; the operations flow of production are redesigned; and the modules of the software are measured again. At the same time, the central database of the enterprise is improved.Based on the new operations flow of production and the concept of CBSE, by demanding analysis and defining system structure, the solution of software based on component is put forward. Both of the systems are divided into three layers: the presentation layer, the business layer and the data layer. The main operations are encapsulated in the business layer. By analyzing the components of the three layers, the class of the system and the function of each class are defined, and the transfer of each module is introduced.At last, some key issues, which are related with the development of the two systems, are discussed in this paper. In the conclusion part, the main result of the thesis is summarized and some problems for further research are analyzed.
