Along with the wide application of Internet in many fields, a lot of whilom isolated equipments and systems have been joining up with it, which makes it possible that more and more information and resources can be shared. The Embedded Internet technology supplies the shares with a physical means, and it has exigent demands and promising markets in the industrial control field. Therefore, more and more enterprises and individuals are taking up with the research..The paper expatiates mainly that it empolders a set of TCP/IP protocol cluster which is condensing and maturity with the primary data communication function, by using lower microprocessor and limited memory space. The TCP/IP protocol cluster is not only simple and strong, but also strongly current capability. It is applicable to the Embeded equipment specially and supplys a resolvent for Embeded internet. As a communicating method,GPRS is a new technology, it has good effects, lower price than SMS and can be improved smoothly. Meanwhile, GPRS supports TCP/IP protocol and can make wireless data transmission convenient. The outstanding work of the dissertation mainly lies in the following two aspects. Firstly, the modules' concentrative layout round a powerful system-class chip and unitive control enhance not only the modules' working harmony, but also the terminal's universal character. Secondly, the data acquisition terminal based on the Embedded Internet technology is used to replace the primary one that is a group of an industrial PC and an equipment of data acquisition in the remote data acquisition system. Considering the system resolution, it is a significant improvement of the system's internal structure.
